The Mission
Phil came to us and asked us to create a site a database-driven real estate site where clients and prospective clients could find information about Lake Keowee and any homes or lots for sale in the area.

The Goal
Our goal was to create a site that was unique, stylish, functional and easy to maintain. We wanted to give the site an outdoors, nature style so we used a lot of browns and greens with some contrasting blues. Phil needed a back-end administration panel where he could add, remove, feature properties as he desired.

The Work and Why We're Proud of It
We're proud of this site because we feel it does a great job of balancing style and function. It has a great sense of style and custom design, and it also provides the user the functionality and expandability that he needs.
